CNC LATHES

3 axes lathes equipped with power turret Baruffaldi TBMA 200, C axis. Slant bed 30 degrees design, high rigidity with good performance. Less torque with less vibration, that can save tooling cost. Unique slide way feeding system.  FEM/CAD anylazed design to improbe rigidity up to 40 %.

Spindle

 Fine type design head stock to provide excellent heat scattering. Enlarge high precision double row roller bearing, composed with enlarge head stock to reach very rigid and stable performance. 210 mm chuck with 65 mm capacity, enlarge bar capacity 254 mm with 76 mm.

Turret

 Hydraulic turret with Danfoss high quality hydraulic motor which has high torque, indexing for neigbour tool is 0,3 s, cross tool 1,5 s. 

Power turret

To use advanced high speed servo system, 3 pcs coupling for indexing, hydraulic system for clamp/unclamp, neigbour tool indexing is 0,2 s, cross tool only 0,9 s. Composed with high precision magnetic sensor CS system, milling, drilling, tapping can be finished in one operation.

 Tailstock

High rigidity tailstock with enlarge MT 5 live center to guarantee best accuracy. Tailstock moves by saddle to provide more efficient operation. Built-in type tailstock is available.
